CinemA.Mo.Re is an itinerant summer film festival originating in the collaboration between the RAM film festival (ex Rovereto International Archaeological Film Festival), the Trento Film Festival and Religion Today Film Festival with the support of the autonomous Province of Trento.
Its name derives from the acronym of the main themes of the three festivals: Archaeology, Mountains and Religion.
CinemA.Mo.Re starts at the end of June with the films shown during the Feste Vigiliane in Trento, and continues throughout the summer, with the aim of offering local film shows of the best works from the three Trentino Film Festivals.
This programme promotes and illustrates the richness and variety of films from all over the world which over the years have been gathered into the archives of the three festivals: films and documentaries, otherwise mainly visible at the festivals and rarely to be found on commercial cinema circuits, travel the roads of Trentino from June to September, reaching peripheral parts of the province and enabling a wider section of the public to benefit from this rich heritage.
CinemA.Mo.Re in effect proposes a journey in time and in space, in the cultures and great religious traditions, captured on the original “mirror” of the great screen: a chance to see, hear, get to know, think, laugh or cry while learning to see reality from different and unexpected angles.
